Shipping Rates

We ship to US addresses only via USPS Priority Mail. Rates are based on order subtotal before tax.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. USPS Priority Mail transit is typically 1–3 additional business days depending on destination.

You must be 21 or older to purchase. Adult signature is required on delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended.

Glass — All Sales Final

All glass sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any glass item — heady pieces, production glass, or otherwise. This is the standard for functional glass retail and we hold to it without exception.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Glass Items — 14-Day Returns

Vaporizers, non-glass accessories, and tools — including titanium dab tools, carb caps, stainless steel grinders, and all electronic devices — may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
